Higher Priced Properties - Is That a Good Strategy?

I'm moving towards the higher price properties, you know, in between somewhere between 90 and a hundred and forty thousand. When i get past ten, the terms are different. You have put more down, or sometimes have to pay all cash. So that's another thing to think about. I don't think that in any of our markets right now, tap you should have to be spending a hundred and thirty-five thousand dollars on a property. That would be pretty high.
