The england women's football team are our super heroes. Their inspirations for people up and down the country, no matter what age they are. And if youall, that england team should be reflective of how diverse and how wonderful this country is in terms of its unmixing pot of so many different cultures. I think sometimes we always talk about black players, and it isn't, it isn't just that. I think representation across the board needs to improve. The one thing i do feel assured is that i do believe change has been happening for some time, but we just haven't been seeing it.
