Moving Beyond Shame
Shame thrives in secrecy. When things are actually being talked about we're inherently within that or moving shame from it. There's a practice that I talk about in the book at the end. It's one that has been integral for me and my own shame, but sexual shame to is a practice of self compassion. You don't have to go as personal as you want to only in so far as you're comfortable sharing. In fact, there are probably thousands of people in the world who are feeling this exact feeling right now.
