"What matters is who your customers see as an alternative solution to what you do," he says. "If I don't understand how a customer is mentally comparing me then I don't know what capability is to highlight so this is where bad positioning comes from in a lot of the cases" He adds that his company's big differentiator is ease of use because if you look at all those other little startups look it takes 25 clicks to do a thing that in our software we can do it in two clicks and be better than them.
