I worked a case called Rov digital. They were a group in Estonia that were passing out a DNS changer. It was a part of a codec for watching the adult films online. The malware got on your computer and it changed your DNS settings. But long story short, this organization grew. There was a main guy who came up with it, but they started hiring people.
