Adapting the Antecedent, Building Behaviors and Constructive Consequences

There are three categories that i suggest to start outlining strategies. The first is the antecedent, adaptation, and then ways to build new behaviors and some constructive consequences. I'm a huge, huge fan of a private redirection versus public shaming. We want to reduce johnny's blurtouts in class so we can move away from behavior management towards teaching change.
