How Do You Anchor a Business?
There are instances where we do use anchoring. For example, sometimes we will provide guidance at certain points in a process. If I want to sell a business for a hundred million bucks, we go through the first round or two. We don't give individual guidance. But there might be instances where if the offers are clustering early process at around 70 million, I need to get to 100 million. And so it's more about understanding yourself and understanding how your mind thinks through your things"
