The benefits of cardiovascular exercise are local to the parts that are working. So when you have large hunks of your body that aren't moving, they are not benefiting from this reduced variable. You are creating areas with adaptations and then you have areas without. And it's kind of that same idea with cardiovascular exercise. We're just, you know, we saw that people who did all sorts of original cardiovascular health came from, oh man, it's slipping my head.
