The Name Elkonaz, L Plus Kana, Midnight, Hey, Q-a-N-A
Hofkers: Naomi and Boaz are direct ancestors of David. The name Elkonaz, L plus Kana, also seems to be an intertextual link back to the patriarch Abraham. Through Elkonaz established the lineage of the prophet Samuel,. who was the protagonist until David appears. Third question we could ask here is, was Samuel a Nazarite? And we're just pointing out things that might be interest.
