How to Channel Ampathy

"We tend to first think of self before we think about others," she says. "And so when you want to channel ampathy, you are trying to not focus on yourself, but focus outwards." In her book 'Laden with Ampathy', the author's partner in crime is her seven-year-old son. The pair have run a number of experiments using lenagile and devas emotional checkins as part of their research.
