Jeffrey Toobin: When he quits, we need to pay attention. He says the technology is dangerous enough that proper bad actors can use it for repression or whatever. So you could have the head of a Middle Eastern dictatorship using this AI technology to help repress a population. That's one of the things that he highlights as a risk. Is he right? I think he is right. We don't really understand where it's going.
