The Alpha Flight seems to have a little more energy return than some of the other shoes that are out there. There's enough competition that you can get close to the same results as the original Vaporfly. I think at this point from your testing, you could probably also tell me there's enough super shoes and variables that it really comes down to personal preference and fit and brand.
