Haitian dictator Duvalier fell into a coma in 1959, possibly due to an insulin overdose. He'd not even been in power a year before he was struck down by a massive heart attack. Papadock is whisked away off the island and across the narrow stretch of ocean to Cuba. The United States cannot risk Haiti as well as Cuba turning its eyes eastwards. It seems that Duvalier has secured his position for good but this self-styled Superman does in fact have an Achilles heel.
