The Future of Road Safety - What's the Goal?

A lot of these reports tend to aim for 50 % reductions over say, a ten or 15 year period. So in that sense, if we're looking long term than i thought, monthly data would suet best. I mean, the basis of my researches just to be able to provide an objective basis upon which you can hit your bench marks, whilst also improving road safety.
