Patrick O'Shaughnessy: I always think about strategy is about trade-offs. He says Benchmark's format and the set of trade-offs that we make in our business makes it easier for us to do that than for someone else. "Even though it comes a lot of downsides, we're going to lean into the upsides," he adds.
