It's incredibly important to regularly audit how you're spending your time and to prune away or to adjust how you're approaching certain projects. I've shut down products that were profitable but required more support time than I wanted to give each day. We have to look at like all aspects of a thing before we can judge whether or not it's working. If something starts to take up all of my time, especially for myself and for a lot of people that make digital products, it's customer support.
