Every Australian is entitled to a voice, he says. It's good that we can come together and magnify our voice. There are three ways this can happen: through self-organisation, legislation or putting it into the Constitution. I think one of the questions that really needs to be asked is, is it better to be self-organised or to have government organise you? That's a very important question here. And I have to say up front, I think they're entitled to a lot more detail, especially before they're invited to embed it.
