We've got to speed up our game but we've got to do it very carefully based on solid research. Know what we're doing. Come up with regulatory models that work for a very complex, fast evolving context. And only on that basis then can we put in place the right regulatory frame. Civil society plays a critically important role. Young civil society feels particularly excluded in decisions that have massive implications for their future.
