The Role of Wholesalers in Building a Better Food System in Britain

Professor Tim Lang founded the study of food policy in the UK. He's accused successive governments of having no real food policy beyond what he calls leave it to Tesco et al. Could that change? And could wholesalers be serious players in bringing a better choice of fresh and local food into our cities, changing our diets? At a price most people could afford. They can be the regional hubs.
