Introduction
The awareness of concussion has really risen in the last few years, particularly short term and long term impacts. Within that first forty eight hours it would be appropriate to begin light exercise, walking, stationary biking,. submerging them in chest deep water and letting them walk there if that's therapeutic for them. The number one myth about concussion is actually one that most all of us have held at some point in our lives, and that is that concussionis not a brain entry.
