Prisons in Latin America - A Brief Introduction

In family across latin america are a large source of of food and water and clothing for prisonersnd that is an advantage in that they can often tailor or get what they want. But it's also delegating the cost o that the state should be paying to what are often very, you know, sort of poor and marginalized communities and families.
