Do I Need to Train to Accrue the Health Benefits From Resistance Training?

i'm doing a little research review related to not dying. A common question that comes up in the stronger by science sub redit facebook group is how much resistance training should you do? And there wasn't really great, like, dose response research on this question. Well, i just hadn't looke that hard for it. I want to keep doing it, but i'm not necessarily attempting to maximize my strength gains or hypertrophy. It doesn't look like all that much resistance training. Sholl get the job done.
