The buyer does not think with the buyer thinks you're an expert compared to them at this particular thing. That's where the high value is going to be. What they love is that when you can ask questions about their organization and how, what areas of the organization do we have to talk about? The attitude really comes into it. It's like, I'm here to help. I'm not here to impress you with my skills. So if I can't help, I don't want to take your money.
