How to Have a Uniform Crack Down

A lot of people who get to management positions or leadership positions in schools haven't been trained in things like accountability and and and how to have accountability conversations. It's quite an alien thing typically if you've come up through the ranks because let's say you're a good teacher and all of a sudden you're being asked to hold peers and colleagues accountable that's a tough thing i think  that's why a lot of schools fall down when it comes to god what was the question that was a long time they talked about all maintaining routines.
