Sally Kohn: My first business was an education business. It basically provided note taking and tutoring solutions for college students. When you're running a business that's only extracting a couple hundred dollars a year for value, it's a bad business. She says she looks for businesses that have been around for a long time because they are likely to be around longer than those who started out in the VC world. "We don't want to businesses just been around for four or five years because we don't know if it'll be around for 4 or 5 years"
