Do I Produce Results as a Decision Maker or an Adviser?

i think i do pretty well with both em, especially if some one else works the same way i do. So maybe we're social loaners. Maybe that's it. That's odd. I don't think i am personyg like that. But give in my preference, i think i woud rather have a meeting and share the options and talk things through, and let somebody else put their neck on the impea. What would you say you are?
