Quote Tweet Quote Tweets for Criticism

On net, when I see people use the quote tweet, unless they're replying in a way that suggests, you know, you need to read this because it's important and they're not really adding much to it. It's overwhelmingly used by people who are trying to own someone else. When I see the interaction turn exceedingly sour, and we'll see kind of the the lit me of replies that show up after I've quote tweeted something that I disliked. And personally, I just don't want to stir up acrimony.
