I think what a lot of people myself included gets so bogged down on with real estate is just there are so many options the myriad of options. There's all of these interplays right between the doors the luxury rentals cash flow which I'm looking at net income in terms of like my accountant's brand but also appreciation. If you're getting new to this you will freeze if you sort of take that approach because someone will find the best quadriplex in their hometown and then they'll find the best vacation property in the next state over then they'll find a condo in the best school district, it doesn't matter just buy one if it's profitable go ahead and buy it
