Property taxes tend to be less distorting than income or other taxes? Uh, you know, tariffs are great too. The idea of basically reforming this into something that actually worked is an idea that could only be held by someone who is unreasonably distant from it. I mean, you have this guy in the u.K dominic comings, um,you know, who seems to be some kind of inured um. And he sometimes somehow feels that this can be turned into something useful, which is just absolutely boggles my imagination and i refuse to believe and is obviously wrong.
