Albumen in Serosis

There is some foundation to support the use of albumen in serosis. I do think itis probably more effective, but i don't know if we have really strong science to show that it is better than tan crystalloids yet. And jse, this is whyi' its difficult for us as internal let's say you're seeing this patient. They come in with 15 bow movements a day from lactrulos. Should we be giving them and their creatnines two point six, like this patient, would you choose colloid? Would you give albumen as the fluid? So our audience can kind of try to actually use this information in practice.
