How to Bulk Effectively

Don't exceed 150% of your calories that you'd normally be eating for the day. Cheat once per week and don't go over 4,500 calories on your day to minimize fat gain. Eat lean protein throughout the day with as few carbs and fats as possible leading up to dinner. Keep dietary fat intake below 100 grams a day so it doesn't spike when you work out.
