Building Celestia and Fuel - The Ultimate Goal?
Fuel and celestial are solving two sides of the same problem. Both projects have essentially worked synegistically to each other in terms of how t their design. Fuel can actually execute transactions, but is not very useful if the data layer that runs under it only processes a tiny number of bites per second. Celestia's settlement system has its own intrinsic settlement mechanism for post-tenderment posts.
