Is There a Higher Leverage Activity in Modern Application Development?

I don't think there is a higher leverage activity at any other point in the development of the software than when you're doing the initial domain modelling around features and stuff like that. And if you have to make modifications to, you know, the foundation, it is a very, very architecturally, it's very challenging. It will inevitably happen, but it is such a pain, and it is so much work, and it has to be executed on so carefully.
