Paranoia and the God of the Universe

All idolatry is in many ways an effort to find control because our God asks us to live with a level of uncertainty and trust a level of connection and intimacy that feels at least at times too scary. I just like when I read about QAnon and I go, you actually think Tom Hanks is a pedophile and eating children. Okay, it's possible. If you're willing to blame the so-called elites, why are you not willing to look at the fact that evil can exist anywhere but it always parades as an angel of light?
