Is This the Apspa of Data Privacy?
It seems like it, at least in this particular clause is to be believed. In law we acknowledge the existence of exceptions. But if the exception becomes the norm, then that is the law itself. It's just basically saying, yeah, you have this privilege to have your data protected against certain individuals but don't call it a right. I wouldn't have even minded if this last previous versions of the law have said this, right? State security agencies will not be up with these law will not be applied. That gives me certain clarity.
