How to Take a Nap
i'm a napper most days around three o'clock in the afternoon and that's because i find that my brain is just kind of done you know it comes to the point where my sentences if i'm trying to write something just aren't really clear. So what i tend to do is i'll lay down for about 20 minutes and i find that if if my brain shuts off for even five of those 20 minutes or maybe 10 that i wake up totally refreshed so here's a tip that some people find helpful... drink your coffee right before you fall asleep because it takes it takes the body about 20 minutes to hit that caffeine buzz.
