The Risks of Restaurant Marketing

I think no matter where you look, even if you're looking in a small town of, you know, 800 to 1000 people like Coldwater, Kansas or 1200 up there in St. Francis, there's potential and there's somebody in your town that's probably cooking burgers that you can go work with to get your meat. But they have to assert their power over that food service delivery company because they threaten them intimidate them into buying from them. That is a huge problem with with restaurants and some of the deceptive marketing practices that are out there. I've got too many stories like that.
