Since the 1911 copy of all the answers of scientific management and that scientific management was pretty big on data. The way they thought about it was there's one right way to do everything. And most of the problems we face now are complex problems. They're not fundamentally predictable. There's no direct cause and effect. Only way to understand them is to look back on them. So complex systems require a different tool set and complex problems, a different toolset.
