The Importance of Introspection

Designers tend to box their identity into the work you do right and it's very important to remember that the workyou do is a part of you it does not get to define you. One thing that has worked for us is like trying to find retainer projects that we dedicate let's say 30 percent of our time toright but this 30 30 to 50 percent on depending on month to month middle of the year there's a lot more work. The retainer clients help us study our income stream a little bit so if at any point there are no projects running which touchwood has like not happened so far we always have some products running parallelly.
