I've Been Running an Hour and a Half on the Flat

You have to start off with a small amount of hiels. You can injure yourself if you actually haven't done any good running base. I hadn't been out into the hills for months, but i a the hills was my home. And interesting me just talking to someone about having a great season, a whole year of not missing one session. The only session they half miss is when they got her by car, but they did not miss the session in that whole year. That's remarkable, a ability to manage army training and the load. Because, you know, injury is massive in triathon. It is one of the biggest am ar things that affect consistency.
