The Importance of Supply and Demand in Housing

If I was a mayor it'd be one of the most important things I would focus on how can you increase supply over time to keep the cost of housing reasonable. A lot of the hottest areas in Miami didn't exist a decade or two ago and now they've become great. So as long as that continues I'm pretty optimistic but I think that that was one of the core ingredients that caused the energy to shift in the Bay Area.
