Is the Bayesian Method Implementable?

In Bayesian analysis, you're comparing how likely it would be if your hypothesis were true. But that phrase encompasses an unimaginable number of possible other hypotheses. So even to take some really simple and straightforward example, like you flip a coin 10 times and you get eight heads. And so you have this string of heads to come up under the, you know, not the null hypothesis.
