The Power of Inclusion in Agile
I've always loved working with people in groups. So it was kind of a natural affinity to think about how can this group, you know, have the healthiest possible meeting. And some things I've learned about that is that as the space holder and or facilitator which those roles are them alone but not exactly the same. One of the things is that you have to be so aware of the power dynamics of having that kind of a leadership role.
