The Locus of Causality of Human Language

Rigt: I don't think there's an uncausal theory or a non causal theory of human language. He wants to say that the locus of causality starts with the mind, and it isn't purely a physical thing which produces linguistic statements. One point of confusion for me at maybe, i don't know if it's best gotten into here or later,. Is he saying that causation is not happening at a physical level, or it's best understood not at a physicallevel? Rigt: It might be best understood why i'm responding to you right now wright that causal claim might be best understanding at an idea's level.
