How Do You Program Your Volume?

An increase in volume does increase hypertrophy, but keeping it on a path that's sustainable. I would just say time, like just this the time alone, like you, might get, you might have to work overtime for a community or you might want to write a book or whatever. So that's a problem, not a problem. That's an issue that everybody's going to have to handle.
