Before he was an amazon at the andikeback in russia, Denis worked for a company called yande which is more poepal than gogal in Russia. He then emigrated to the united states where he started working on big data management projects with makasof. In his new job,denis has been researching how to make it easier to transfer large amounts of data from one system to another.

In streaming systems this is necessary to ensure that a set of messages or transformations are all executed together across different queues. In this episode Denis Rystsov explains how he added support for transactions to the Redpanda streaming engine.
