Generic Polymorphism Is the Right Choice
generic is not always the right choice, but it is the right choice when you want that kind of polymorphism. The fact that we can now do that easier, i think, is a really big win for the language. So instead of sub type polimorphism, you have parametric polimorphISM. That is, you paramatorize the behavior by supplying a type.
