Quantitative Stool Analysis for Chronic Diarrhea
In the fourth quarter is quantitative stool analysis, which many cases never get that far. That's where quantitative fecal fat and stool pH for carbohydrate melon sorption and stool electrolytes can help you sort out the final mechanisms of the diarrhea. Usually a true secretory diarrhea is high volume, often leaders a day, hypokalemia. We haven't heard of that in this history. So I suspect it's not a secretory diarrhea.
