i do think we're going to see a revitalization of cities in the harland, smaller cities all through the place. Cities have always emptied out in pandemics, and they've always recovered,. And was come back stronger and bigger and whatever. There's something wired and human to kind of freak out about the rustling of bushes. We now can buy houses you couldn't movedin. You know, traffic around here nself. I mean, in some ways, people are just in the bari here, where i'm in and where you are is like folly. But finally we can do some things that has just been so hard to do.
