Concentric and Excentric Pull Ups

I usually end the session because my fingers hurt because the holds are small and it like just more like outside. I can't do it indefinitely because my skin gets wrecked. So that type of work is really easy to recover from. Then I work all day. And then if I have some time, I'll go do it again. If I was going to do an eccentric pull up, I would start with my chin over the bar and I would lower into straight elbow angles.
